Join us for the Roots of Restoration Showcase Tour, an interactive, hands-on day exploring how native plants support successful reclamation and ecological restoration. This tour is designed for environmental professionals, students, land managers, and native plant enthusiasts interested in the practical, field-ready application of native species in restoration and reclamation projects.

Participants will tour an active native plant nursery and greenhouse, learn how locally adapted plant material is propagated and prepared for reclamation use, and hear real-world case studies from restoration initiatives, including floating islands, phytoremediation and mine reclamation research. The afternoon will focus on applied techniques that can be scaled and implemented in the field.
