Presentation Summary

Given the current challenges in a post-pandemic world, oil price volatility and tough to find human resources, increasingly industry is now considering digital solutions to gain efficiencies. Also, due to the consistent pressure from stakeholders to improve transparency through upcoming mandatory Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) disclosures including Scope 3 GHG emissions, it is now critical for industry to improve their data gathering processes. Scope 3 GHG emissions related to transportation are extremely tedious to calculate based on paper forms. EnviroApps has developed an Application (ez2Track) that includes an automated process to estimate Scope 3 emissions and gather reliable ESG Reporting data, effortlessly.

There is an increase in remediation activity through government funding and mandated regulatory requirements. Since January 2015, Alberta Energy Regulator (AER) has allowed the use of electronic Alberta Oilfield Waste Form for full cycle tracking of hazardous waste. Most energy companies still use paper forms to track their hazardous waste despite the inherent risks associated with data integrity, duplication of efforts and poor visibility of information.

EnviroApps offers a proven, paperless solution which replaces paper forms that are being used to track transportation of waste and dangerous goods. This applies to thousands or hundreds of thousands of paper documents for companies. Imagine the extent of efficiencies that can be gained by avoiding paperwork, filing, storage (minimum 2 years) costs, not to mention enhancement of safety through legibility and accuracy of information. Paper forms cost $20-40 per document, so savings can be quite substantial.

The Presentation will focus on results from Case Studies based on real data from our clients that reveals the low hanging fruits of productivity, cost saving opportunities, enhancing safety and ESG ratings.
